General Shopping Information:

Some handmade items can be quite delicate and should be treated with care. Advice will be given with your purchase, but if you require more info just email.

Handmade products may not be suitable gifts for babies and small children.

'One-off' means I have only ever (and will only ever) make ONE item exactly like this. Something similar may exist or be created in the future, but it'll only be similar - NEVER the same!

'Recycled' means the fabric was previously used for some other purpose - it may have been a skirt or a shirt or a pillow case and I am re-using it here.

'Vintage' means an old fabric from my wonderful collection of materials. At least pre.1990 but usually much older.

All cards are approx. 1/2 A5 size unless otherwise stated.

Cards are blank inside, although messages can be added if you wish - just get in touch.

All cards are supplied with an envelope (of course!)

Many of my items are made to order and I will inform you (via email) if there will be a delay in dispatch. If you have any concerns please email me with a date you need your order by and I will do my best to get it to you well in advance.
Delivery
UK delivery is FREE!
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days by First Class Post, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Orders of a value over £50 will be sent by recorded post at no extra charge, and will require a signature upon delivery.
Anyone who lives local to Worcestershire is welcome to buy direct from me, paying by cash or cheque. You get 10% discount buying direct! Please just get in touch.
I can also ship worldwide. Shipping to Europe is £5.00 and the rest of the world is £7.00. Please add the extra amount when you come to pay, by selecting your delivery country from the drop down menu at the bottom of shop pages.
If you are buying an item as a gift and have a specific date you require it by - please just send me an email and I'll make sure you have it in plenty of time!
Returns
I can exchange or refund any item you are not happy with, except for personalised products. Bespoke commissions also cannot be returned, but will be made in consultation with your wishes. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for a proof of postage certificate from your post office for your returned item, as I cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges will be refunded only if the item is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged please email me as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Payment
Payment is accepted by credit and debit cards securely through PayPal. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to make a payment.
